Through Still Point Wellness Lifestyle Coaching I share my experience in the martial arts, zen meditation, nutrition and exercise, to support and sustain the benefits of therapeutic body work. I currently offer Still Point Wellness Coaching in response to the concerns and issues that people bring to their sessions.
This Fall 2017 I will share the common themes and practices that have emerged in my life to form a wellness philosophy and lifestyle that I call Still Point Wellness. My hope is that Still Point Wellness will help my clients navigate the wide variety of health strategies in order to find the path that works best for them.
